You are responsible for checking that your booking details are correct before submitting payment.

We may refuse, cancel, or reschedule a booking if:

• you fail to provide valid identification;
• you breach these Terms and Conditions;
• the test session is unavailable, cancelled, or unable to proceed.

4. Payment

All fees must be paid at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, you must contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests may be subject to notice periods, availability and administration fees.

If you do not attend your booked test session, arrive late, or fail to bring the required identification or documents, you may lose your booking fee and may need to pay again to book another test.

6. Identification and attendance requirements

You must bring valid identification to your test session.

The name on your identification must match the name used in your booking.

You may be refused entry to or be removed from the test if you:

• fail to provide acceptable identification;
• arrive late;
• are disruptive or abusive;
• appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
• fail to follow test instructions;
• attempt to cheat or assist another participant.

If you are refused entry or removed from a test session for any of these reasons, you may not be entitled to a refund.

7. Test conditions

You must follow all instructions given by test supervisors, assessors, staff, or authorised representatives.

You must not copy, photograph, record, share, reproduce, or distribute any test questions, answers, materials, or assessment content.

You must complete the test honestly and independently.

Cheating, attempted cheating, misconduct, or breach of test rules may result in your test being cancelled, your result being recorded as unsuccessful, and further action being taken where appropriate.

8. Test results

Test results will be provided in accordance with the applicable testing procedures.

Passing the test does not guarantee that you will receive a security licence.

We are not responsible for any decision made by a licensing authority, regulator, training organisation, employer, or third party.

9. Re-sits and further attempts

If you do not pass the test, you may be required to wait a minimum period before attempting the test again.

Further attempts may require a new booking and additional payment.

Any re-sit rules, waiting periods and fees will be applied in accordance with the applicable testing requirements at the time of booking.
